Upgrading Item

On our server, you can find five types of metals: the classic Silvin, Mithril, and Iternium, as well as Antonium.

Silvin, Mithril, and Iternium are all equivalent and useful, each for a specific upgrade stage.

All metals have the same success chance in upgrades:

  • 40% for AAA items

  • 35% for AA equipment

  • 30% for A equipment

  • 25% for B equipment

  • 20% for C equipment

Upgrades and their Best Metals:

  • Silvins: 0 to +3

  • Mithrils: +3 to +6

  • Iterniums: +6 to +9

  • Antonium and Soul Metal: All upgrade levels

What does it mean for a metal to work well at an upgrade level?

For example, using Silvin for upgrades from 0 to +3:

  • Chance of upgrade level dropping on failure: 20%

  • Chance of equipment losing durability on failure: 15%

Similar chances apply to Mithril (+3 to +6) and Iternium (+6 to +9). Using them incorrectly leads to a 40% chance of downgrade or durability loss.

For Antonium:

  • Chance of upgrade level dropping on failure: 15%

  • Chance of equipment losing durability on failure: 10%

These adjustments ensure all metals retain value, addressing issues present on other servers.

Awakening Stones:

  • Can reduce equipment requirements by up to 10 points.

  • Success is rare, but failures don't reduce the Awaken level.

Advantages of an Awakened set:

Using a Templar and Defender with full CON build (180 STR and 260 CON) as an example, Awakening lets players use superior gear:

  • Better Weapon Choice: A 200 STR weapon can be Awakened to 190 STR, and 260 CON armors to 250 CON, resulting in a 190 STR and 250 CON build.

  • Superior Armor Choice: A 180 STR weapon can be Awakened to 170 STR, and 280 CON armors to 270 CON, leading to a 170 STR and 270 CON build.

While Awakened builds slightly outperform regular ones, they're a choice, not a necessity. Perfect for players aiming for an impeccable build.
